Just keep it simple. I would even say what you have there could be one and a half sectors rather than just one.

Put a big, fast, 180-degree right hander at the bottom (maybe symmetrical, maybe something like Curva Paribolica at Monza), have 3 symmetrical high-G S-Curves horizontally along that straight at the bottom there, and then put a right hander into a long straight along the left side going up to the top. Maybe put a small kink in the straight just for fun.
